From brand-specific to activity-focused, Reddit is home to thriving car communities. Rather than tell Reddit about the all-new GR86, Toyota wanted to show them. So Toyota launched the GR86 FasterClass: a performance-driving curriculum designed by Reddit, for Reddit.

First, Toyota asked adrenaline-fueled drivers to share their best track pro tips, to which we received over 300 responses! We then teamed up with Toyota’s very own professional driver, Ryan Tuerck, to test Reddit’s tips on the track in the new GR86. We filmed the car in action and organized the track pro tips into a full-blown masterclass in track driving. The video and pro tips were scaled across Reddit in both carousel and video, ultimately driving excitement and awareness about the new model.
